Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 50 g butter, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

sweet dumplings with apples

Peel and chop 500g of apples. Then add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, a pinch of salt, and about 50g of flour. Mix everything well. If the dough isn’t firm enough, add a little more flour. Knead thoroughly, cut into dumplings, and cook them in boiling water until tender. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and brown butter over the dumplings before serving.
