Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt), probiotic
- 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
- 2 bananas
- 250 g Cremefine (vanilla), for whipping

Popular with children, ideal as a lunch in summer
Whip the Cremefine, add the quark, stir in the drained mandarins and yogurt, and add the sliced bananas. Mix everything together. Tips: You can vary the quark dish quite a bit. Canned cocktail fruit is a good option, as are fresh strawberries or blueberries. It all depends on your taste. If you’re not a fan of vanilla, you can choose a neutral-flavored Cremefine for whipping and a suitable fruit yogurt, for example. If you prefer something richer, use “real” cream and quark cream. My picky children love it.
