- 1 lemon(s), grated zest and juice
- 1 large mango(s), ripe
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 500 g natural yogurt, chilled
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- some orange(s) and lemon wedges for garnishing
Instructions

Whisk the lemon zest and juice together in a blender. Peel the mango. Remove the stone and dice the flesh. Add it to the lemon mixture. Then add the orange juice, yogurt, and wheat germ. Whisk everything together thoroughly in a blender. Pour the mango smoothie into four glasses and garnish with citrus wedges.
