Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g cashew nuts
- 150 g coconut water
- ½ tsp vanilla powder or cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 large date(s), soft, pitted
- 800 g fruit of your choice and season, various varieties
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the fruit, dice it, and mix. Cut and add the apples just before serving, as they will otherwise turn brown. Combine all other ingredients in a blender and serve with the fruit. Tip: You can use cocoa powder instead of vanilla powder, and/or 1/2 banana or 1 1/2 dried figs instead of the dates.
