Pizza dough with yeast and durum wheat semolina

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g wheat flour type 405
  • 50 g durum wheat semolina
  • 21 g yeast
  • 8 g salt
  • 8 g sugar
  • 240 ml water, lukewarm
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine the wheat flour, semolina, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Then, while kneading, add water and oil until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Knead the dough briefly again on a floured surface and roll it out thinly.
