Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 2 tbsp cress
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tbsp almond flakes, roasted without fat
- ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low-carb
Dice the carrots into tiny cubes. Dice the eggs as well. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Add the diced carrots, eggs, and chives and mix well but gently. Transfer to two plates using a serving ring and sprinkle with cress and almonds.
