Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 pts. puff pastry, with 6 sheets per pt.
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 large onions
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 160g Gouda
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 200g salami
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for 30 pieces

Dice the onions and leeks and sauté in a pan with a little fat. Then transfer to a bowl. Dice the remaining ingredients and add them. Add the sour cream and mix everything well. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven). Remove the puff pastry from the package and let it thaw for about 10 minutes. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling on one half of each sheet and fold the other half over it. Press the open sides together with a fork. Place the puff pastry parcels on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes, until they are the desired color. The first batches usually take a little longer, about 10 minutes. They taste absolutely delicious! Tip: You can also use less puff pastry and then simply freeze the leftover filling.
