Yogurt cookies

Ingredients for 50 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 280 g flour
  • 70 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add grated orange zest, 1 tablespoon of orange juice, and yogurt. Combine flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir in. Using 2 teaspoons of flour, place small heaps of cookies, spacing them well apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
