- 600 g melon(s) (honeydew melon), diced
- 300 g strawberries, halved
- 300 g cucumber(s), diced
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 1 orange(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- Sugar to taste

Cook the rice in salted water and let it cool. Combine the melon, strawberries, cucumber, and rice in a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and pour over the salad. Tip: The rice tastes even better when cooked with a little tangerine juice or vegetable broth.
