Wholemeal rolls for the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g whole wheat flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 cube of yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Weigh the milk, water, and butter into the mixing bowl. Add the honey and yeast and heat for 5 minutes at speed 1. The butter and yeast should be liquid. Then weigh in the whole-wheat flour and add the salt. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise for 10 minutes. Form 15 rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
