Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 apples, sour
- 3 tbsp cranberry compote
- 50 g almond(s), grated
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
- ⅛ liter schnapps (sloe gin)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preparation: Wash the apples thoroughly, core them, and place them in a dish (baked apple dish/suitable casserole dish for four apples). Mix the cranberries with the ground almonds and sugar and fill the apple centers. Add the butter flakes and chopped almonds. If using a baked apple dish, cover with aluminum foil. If using a baked apple dish, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Remove the lid or aluminum foil, pour the warmed sloe gin over the apples, light the flame, and serve.
