brilliant for morning grouches

Place the muesli in a blender and grind for a few seconds until finely ground. Add the yogurt and juice and blend everything on high until smooth. If you like, add fresh banana or berries and mix well. For a more refreshing twist, add some ice cubes. It’s important to use a powerful blender or high-performance blender that can both finely grind the dry muesli and turn the ice cubes into crushed ice. Unfortunately, an immersion blender won’t get you very far. Alternatively, you can soak the muesli in the yogurt and juice in the fridge overnight and then blend it thoroughly with an immersion blender the next day.
