Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ papaya
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut milk or coconut liqueur
- 1 tbsp sugar or more
- some lime juice, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel, halve, deseed, and dice the papaya. Stir together the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Layer the yogurt first, then the papaya pieces into glasses and serve.
