Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (more if needed)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Place it in a bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. You may want to add a little lemon juice to prevent the cream from turning too brown. Refrigerate and let it sit for a while until ready to serve.
