Citrus Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, or the marinade of Moroccan pickled lemons)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard, grainy or honey mustard
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped herbs (rosemary and thyme)
  • some pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

especially tasty with leaf salad and peppers

Mix all ingredients and let it sit for a while.
