Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g chocolate (block chocolate), grated
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time. Slowly add the grated chocolate and lukewarm milk. Fold in the hazelnuts, then slowly fold in the sifted flour and baking powder. Grease a 28cm ring cake pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) or 160°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes. Let cool slightly in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
