Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, or the marinade of Moroccan pickled lemons)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard, grainy or honey mustard
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs (rosemary and thyme)
- some pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
especially tasty with leaf salad and peppers
Mix all ingredients and let it sit for a while.
