Ribbon pasta with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g tagliatelle pasta
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 125 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 25 g processed cheese (20% fat)
  • 2 tsp sauce thickener, light
  • 20 g ham, cooked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash and dice zucchini. Peel and chop onion. Cook vegetables in boiling broth for about 3 minutes. Melt cheese in the broth, stir in sauce thickener, and bring to a boil briefly. Finely chop ham and fold in. Season and serve with pasta.
