Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour, whole wheat flour
- 250 g oat flakes (whole grain)
- 120 g sesame seeds
- 120 g flax seeds, sunflower seeds or chopped nuts
- 6 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp salt (or less)
- ½ liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix the ingredients and let stand for 1 hour, then spread onto 2-3 dry baking sheets and roll tightly. This works best with plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 250 degrees C, place the sheets in, and bake for 7 minutes. Remove the sheets from the oven and cut the bread into bars. Bake at 175 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes.
