Woodruff – yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp syrup (woodruff)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

With woodruff syrup and coconut flakes – low in fat and quick to make from the freezer!

Blend the natural yogurt with the woodruff syrup until creamy. Add the vanilla sugar and coconut flakes and mix well. Pour into small freezer-safe plastic containers (e.g., yogurt cups) and insert a wooden skewer as a handle. Place the cups in the freezer for at least 3 hours and let them thaw slightly before serving.
