- 500 g blueberries
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g milk
- 1 lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blueberry ice cream, egg-free
Combine the blueberries and lemon juice, then press through a sieve. Add the sugar and milk and mix again. Pour the blueberry mixture into the running ice cream maker. Once the ice cream is firm enough, transfer it to a pre-chilled container and keep it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
