Coconut yogurt with pineapple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the desiccated coconut. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Fill a dessert glass/bowl with the pineapple pieces, leaving a few pieces for garnishing. Spoon the coconut yogurt over the pineapple pieces and garnish with the remaining pineapple pieces.
