Oatmeal with pineapple and goji berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 50 g fine oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
  • 1 tsp goji berries
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp or vanilla from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pineapple into chunks. Mash the banana with a fork. Bring the milk, water, and vanilla to a boil while stirring. Add the oats and continue to simmer while stirring. Add the orange juice, then the banana. When the porridge reaches the desired consistency, transfer it to a plate and garnish with pineapple and goji berries.
