Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ watermelon(s)
- 2 large oranges
- 125 g sour milk
- 1 tsp coconut blossom syrup or agave syrup
- 6 half pecans, chopped or whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the watermelon and chop it into small pieces. Peel and slice the orange, or cut it into segments. Mix the sour cream with the syrup. Season to taste. Mix the fruit with the dressing. Serve on a plate. Sprinkle with nuts (chopped or whole, depending on your taste).
