Rusk – banana porridge with fennel tea

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ banana(s)
  • 2 slices of rusk
  • 100 ml tea (fennel tea for babies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

From the 6th month

Boil the fennel tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. Squeeze or puree the banana. Add the fennel tea (amount as needed) and the rusk to the banana and puree everything thoroughly again.
