Pear and Pistachio Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large pears
  • 500 ml kefir
  • 10 pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey (acacia)
  • 3 dashes lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for dieting

Peel and chop the pears. Remove the pistachios from their shells. Combine the pears, kefir, pistachios, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl and blend. Serve the shake in a tall glass. This drink is ideal for weight loss and as a breakfast, and is very filling.
