Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg yolk
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 20 g cream cheese
- 50 g minced meat, fresh
- 100 g Romanesco, raw
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the oil in a blender and blend until smooth. Form the mixture into small, flat patties and fry in a lightly oiled pan. Be careful not to overcook the patties for your little ones! The patties with the “hidden” vegetables are especially suitable for little vegetable-haters.
