Savoy cabbage and radish salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g savoy cabbage, raw
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp honey (e.g. acacia honey)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ bunch chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Raw food

Be sure to leave the savoy cabbage raw; do not blanch it! Finely chop the savoy cabbage and radishes. Chop the parsley and chives as finely as possible and add them to the salad bowl with the savoy cabbage and radishes. For the dressing, combine the soy sauce, oil, vinegar, and honey. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Let the salad stand for 15-20 minutes.
