Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cranberries, dried
- 280 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 5 drops of flavoring (orange concentrate)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
makes 12 pieces
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then mix well with the other ingredients. Finally, add the cranberries and stir in. Pour into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
