Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 ml water
  • 20 g flakes (wholemeal or whole grain flakes)
  • 100 g fruit puree
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Complementary foods, pureed food, homemade baby food

Stir the cereal flakes into cold water and the semolina into boiling water, then simmer for another 3 minutes while stirring. Then stir in the fruit puree and the oil.
