Grilled jacket potatoes with bacon and rosemary

Wash the potatoes and steam them in the steamer for about 20 minutes until almost cooked through. Line the bacon, garnish with a few rosemary sprigs, and then roll a potato into each slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick. Thread 5 potatoes per serving onto a metal skewer and grill over charcoal until the bacon is nice and crispy, keeping the heat low. Delicious as a side dish to any grilled dish.
