Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s), ripe
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 75 g oat flakes, flower-soft
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

First, mash the banana in a bowl using a caipirinha muddler until creamy. Then add the quark and mix with a small teaspoon until smooth. Finally, stir in the oatmeal and season with cinnamon.
