Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ apple
  • some mint leaves, fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • some sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty with fresh mint

Peel the cucumber, quarter it, scoop out the seeds, and cut it into thin slices. Peel the apple, core it, and cut it into small cubes. Mix the cucumber and apple with the lemon juice and a little sugar, salt, and pepper. Slice the mint leaves and add them to the cucumber/apple mixture along with the yogurt. Season to taste and serve.
