Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 1 large peach(s)
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 small kiwi(s), green
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk powder, alternatively coconut flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

without lemon juice

First, toast the oats in a pan without fat. Then peel the orange and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the peach and the kiwi. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and quarter them. Then pour everything into a bowl and mix. Finally, strain the coconut milk powder through a sieve and sprinkle over the mixture.
