Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 m.-large carrot(s)
- 10 m.-sized apples
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 handful of raisins
- n. B. Chocolate shavings
- e.g. walnuts, chopped
- n. B. almond sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the carrots and grate them with a fine grater. Place them in a bowl. Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, grate them with a coarse grater, and add them to the carrots. Cut the banana into chunks and add them. Add the tangerines and their juice to the bowl. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice, as well as the raisins. Mix everything well. Add slivered almonds or walnuts, if desired. Eat fresh or let it marinate the next day. Delicious as a side salad or as a dessert with vanilla ice cream. We used to always have leftovers mixed with grated chocolate the next day. These days, chocolate is more of a must for me.
