Persimmon and raisin porridge with carambola

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 persimmon
  • 4 tbsp yogurt (3.5% or Greek)
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 carambola
  • few raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the persimmon. Cut the star fruit into stars. Combine the oats, oat milk, chia seeds, and diced persimmon in a saucepan and simmer briefly until the consistency is pleasant. Stir in the yogurt. Stir in the raisins. Pour into glasses. Top with the star fruit and raisins.
