Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g oat flakes, fine
- 50 g protein powder, preferably vanilla flavored
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 m.-large egg whites
- n. B. Sweetener or other sugar substitute, to taste
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the apple into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Bake in a small loaf pan at 175°C (fan oven) for 30 minutes. Nutritional values for the entire cake: 686 calories, 9.5 g fat, 75 g carbohydrates, 75 g protein.
