Chocolate muesli high in protein

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g soy flakes
  • 20 g flaxseed meal
  • 10 g cocoa nibs
  • 20 g chocolate shavings, min. 50% cocoa content
  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped and roasted
  • 5 g cocoa powder, defatted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of vanilla, ground
  • 200 ml milk or 250 g yogurt, soy yogurt or nut milk
  • Spice(s) such as cinnamon, cardamom or anise

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and seal in a screw-top jar. Stir in the milk or yogurt for breakfast. For a vegan version, simply use soy yogurt or nut milk.
