Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g soy flakes
- 20 g flaxseed meal
- 10 g cocoa nibs
- 20 g chocolate shavings, min. 50% cocoa content
- 20 g hazelnuts, chopped and roasted
- 5 g cocoa powder, defatted
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of vanilla, ground
- 200 ml milk or 250 g yogurt, soy yogurt or nut milk
- Spice(s) such as cinnamon, cardamom or anise
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and seal in a screw-top jar. Stir in the milk or yogurt for breakfast. For a vegan version, simply use soy yogurt or nut milk.
