Mango yogurt dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 500 g yogurt, low-fat, 1.5%, organic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • some mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the honey and the scraped seeds from the vanilla pod, and whisk until well combined. Grate the chocolate and fold it into the yogurt, reserving some for decoration. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone. Place the flesh in a tall bowl and blend until smooth. Starting with the yogurt, alternate layers of mango puree and yogurt in small dessert glasses. For decoration, grate a little chocolate over the top and arrange a few mint leaves on top.
