Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 grapefruits
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30 g butter
- 2 tbsp vermouth
- 1 tsp cinnamon, level
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the grapefruit and score the flesh along the membranes with a sharp knife so that it can be scooped out later. Remove the seeds as much as possible. Mix the honey, butter, vermouth, cinnamon, and pepper well. Place the grapefruit halves in an ovenproof dish and spread the spice mixture over the fruit. Place under the preheated grill until browned.
