Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 4 onions, red
- 8 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Herdtormentor’s Variation
Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the onions. Arrange the sausage slices on a plate and sprinkle the onion over them. Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade and pour over the onions and sausage slices. Serve with freshly baked bread and butter.
