Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g sausage (white pressed sausage), cut into approx. 3 mm thick slices
- 150 g sausage (red pressed sausage), cut into approx. 3 mm thick slices
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Arrange the approximately 3 mm thick pressed sausage slices on two plates. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Spread it on the pressed sausage. Mix a marinade of vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Spread it over the pressed sausage and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and add them. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread and a beer.
