Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 20 g flaxseed meal
- 30 g walnuts
- 20 g almonds, chopped
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 g raspberries
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low-carb high-fat
Roughly chop the walnuts and divide them evenly between two screw-top jars along with the flaxseed meal and chopped almonds. Sweeten the quark with a sugar substitute, if desired. Pour equal amounts onto the nut mixture. Finally, scatter the raspberries on top. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
