Cheese and ham puff pastry rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 150 g bacon (bacon cubes)
  • 150 g Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle with cheese and bacon, making sure to cover the longer ends of the dough with plenty of it. Then roll the dough back up and cut into 1-2 cm thick pieces. Place these on a baking rack lined with parchment paper and place in the oven. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the snails for 20 minutes. The amount of cheese and ham can be adjusted to suit your taste.
