Yogurt breakfast with oat flakes à la Johanne

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 25 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chia seeds
  • ½ banana(s) or other fruit
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 20 g muesli (crunchy muesli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple, quick breakfast

Cut half a banana or other fruit into pieces if necessary. Mix the yogurt with the other ingredients, and your yogurt breakfast is ready. Tip: You can also prepare breakfast the night before by mixing all the ingredients except the granola and refrigerating it overnight. Add the granola in the morning so it doesn’t go soft overnight.
