Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 nectarines, ripe
- ½ grapefruit(s), pink
- 4 large biscuits (soft amaretti)
- 4 tbsp wine, sweeter e.g. Vino Santo
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Butter, for the molds

Halve the fruit and remove the stones. Peel the grapefruit and cut into 4 slices. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease 4 baking dishes, place a grapefruit slice on the bottom, layer the nectarine with the open side up, and place the amaretti inside. Mix the sweet wine with 2 tablespoons of honey and pour over the amaretti. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Mix the remaining honey, cinnamon, and crème fraîche. Remove the nectarines from the oven and scatter the cream around them in small dollops.
