Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g crab meat (crayfish tails)
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch(s) lemon zest, grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious on baguette as a starter
Chop the garlic and fry briefly with the crayfish tails. Chop everything very finely with a knife. Mix the softened butter and all the other ingredients together and pour into small molds. Chill.
