Fried chicken fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g chicken inner fillet(s)
  • 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • some chicken seasoning
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the inside fillets and pat dry. Mix the flour and seasoning and coat the fillets in it. Lightly tap off any excess breading. Pour the clarified butter into a pan. Fry the fillets for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on kitchen paper and serve. I serve with a mixed salad and homemade baguette.
