Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 1 dash of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, whisk the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper, and chives. Also, dice the slice of toast and halve the cherry tomatoes. Then fry the bread cubes in plenty of butter over medium heat, turning frequently, until golden brown and crispy (be careful, as the cubes absorb a lot of the fat and tend to burn quickly). Then add the tomatoes and lightly toast them. Finally, reduce the heat and pour the beaten and seasoned egg over the pan. Cook, stirring gently, until the egg is still nice and creamy.
